Dewatering Highrise Basement

Project Overview:
Clearpro was engaged as the dewatering contractor for stage 2 and 3on a high-rise development after successfully completing stage 1 in 2017. The basement was initially dewatered using roaming sumps into two smaller system to reduce the footprint but soon after it was evident a spear system was necessary with a larger clarification system and holding tank due to groundwater seepage into footings and lift-pits. Average groundwater treated over the project was 35kL/day with up to80kL/day treated on heavy rainfall events
