Project Overview: 

Clearpro recently completed a critical dewatering project for a prestigious luxury residential development situated along the Nerang River. The project involved advanced ground preparation for below-ground works, enabling the construction of a high-end development in an area with challenging ground water conditions.

To ensure the site was suitable for excavation and foundation construction, Clearpro utilized 3 wellpoint dewatering systems extending a total of 120 metres around the perimeter. High iron levels were experienced throughout the project requiring constant water quality management and use of a Clearpro LB15 to achieve the discharge criteria and avoid any offsite release of iron rich water into the adjacent river.
